Language:
- A set of characters or symbols combined with certain
rules that instruct a computer to perform some function.

Laser Printer:
- A high resolution, high speed printer that is faster
than a dot matrix or ink jet and gives better quality
results.

Linux:
- An operating system developed from Unix.

Local Area Network:
- (LAN) A system of interconnected computers, either by
high-performance cabling or wireless
transmitters/receivers, that draw upon the resources of
one computer designated as the `server'.
